I'm Cécile Lamborot, part of the team at McNeel Europe where I've been for nearly 25 years, starting as a technical translator handling the French localization of Rhinoceros and its documentation, before moving into technical support since 2015. I help users get sorted out with their licenses or solve installation issues. I also contribute to food4Rhino, our plugin platform. My background in translation shapes the way I work: I care about clarity, precision, and making sure things actually make sense to the person on the other end ; and it's taught me to always look beyond the question to understand what users are really asking for.
