Troubleshooting

Can I find it by searching the App Store?
Yes — search Rhino World 2026. The button above is faster and avoids landing on the wrong app.
It says my iPhone isn’t compatible.
The app needs iOS 17 or newer. Check under Settings → General → About → Software Version. If you’re on an older version, Settings → General → Software Update will usually offer the upgrade.
Can I install it on an iPad?
It’s built for iPhone, so it isn’t in the iPad App Store by default. You can still install it: search for it on your iPad, then switch the filter at the top of the results from iPad Apps to iPhone Apps. It’ll run at iPhone size rather than filling the screen.
Is there a Mac or Apple Watch version?
No — iPhone only.
I can’t see the latest agenda change.
The app fetches fresh content each time it starts. Close it completely — swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe the app away — then open it again.
Does it work without signal at the venue?
Yes. The agenda, speakers, floor plans, sponsors and attendee list all work offline. It refreshes whenever it does have a connection.
